Eligibility Manager has allowed our company to go from manual entry to electronic inload. It has reduced our work force by 9 part-time temps and our inload time to a fraction of what it once was. Eligibility Manager makes it easy to compare data supplied by the health plans with data stored in EZ-CAP. The clients we manage consist of more than 110,000 covered lives, under contract with 12 different HMOs. With Eligibility Manager, the addition and termination of members is handled automatically, as are address changes. The Missing Member feature is especially useful, as it allows us to quickly identify members who are active in EZ-CAP but who do not exist in the Eligibility file supplied by the health plan. We then have the option of globally terminating these members with a single term-date or contacting the health plan for termination data information. We have used Jerry's product for nearly 4 years now and consider it one of our "mission-critical" applications here at MedPOINT Management.
