Eligibility Manager is a great tool that has catered to our customized needs for automating eligibility in-loads. Before we started using Eligibility Manager, it was taking up to seven days for us to in-load a single eligibility file. Eligibility Manager has made it possible for us to reduce that time to as little as a half an hour. In March 2011, SynerMed conducted an audit/review for one of our IPA/Hospital plans in Cap Check to audit eligibility to cap payments since 2009. We had ~200 members that were eligible and provided services. Claims had been processed but SynerMed had not been paid our capitation.
